Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Terms

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request via your account settings or by contacting support at info@emailblast.pro.

  • A one-month notice period is required before the cancellation takes effect.

  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Billing After Cancellation

  • Once a cancellation request is received, no further charges will be made after your final billing cycle.

  • If a payment is already processed before the cancellation request, no refunds will be issued.

  • Your account and email campaigns will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.

3. Re-Subscription

  • If you wish to resume your subscription after cancellation, you can subscribe again at any time.

  • Any previous data, leads, or campaigns may not be retained upon re-subscribing.

4. Exceptional Cases

  • If EmailBlastPro discontinues its services, all active subscriptions will be terminated, and affected customers will be notified in advance.

  • In cases of account violations such as spamming or abuse, EmailBlastPro reserves the right to terminate accounts without notice.
