You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request via your account settings or by contacting support at info@emailblast.pro.
A one-month notice period is required before the cancellation takes effect.
You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
Once a cancellation request is received, no further charges will be made after your final billing cycle.
If a payment is already processed before the cancellation request, no refunds will be issued.
Your account and email campaigns will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.
If you wish to resume your subscription after cancellation, you can subscribe again at any time.
Any previous data, leads, or campaigns may not be retained upon re-subscribing.
If EmailBlastPro discontinues its services, all active subscriptions will be terminated, and affected customers will be notified in advance.
In cases of account violations such as spamming or abuse, EmailBlastPro reserves the right to terminate accounts without notice.
